Florida’s Department of Health formed the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU), which established some of the most stringent testing regulations in the nation for certified marijuana testing laboratories (CMTLs). These regulations ensure that the 20 million residents of Florida have access to safe and properly-labeled medication.
